The sessions

Why not start by booking a one-hour session with me. If you would then like to continue with the sessions, you can block book further sessions for a discounted rate (see my special offers on the Rates page). I usually recommend starting with five sessions.

If you want to go deeper and look at all aspects of your life so that you can move towards a happier and more peaceful future, you can book a Discovery Session. This is a two-hour coaching session where we will explore the following areas:

  • Your relationship with your parents
  • Negative and unhelpful childhood programming
  • Past traumas which may still be affecting you today
  • Your emotional triggers and blocks
  • Negative beliefs that are holding you back
  • The biggest challenges currently in your life
  • Diet and lifestyle habits
  • Health issues
  • Who you really are
  • Your gifts and purpose

After the Discovery Session, if you want to continue to work with me you can either book single sessions or you can book a block of one-hour sessions (see my special offers on the Rates page). We can then start to work through the issues that came to light during the Discovery Session, using counselling and EFT therapy.

As well as clearing the blocks and the past, the sessions will also focus on helping you to move forwards in a more positive way. I will set homework tasks and teach you how to use EFT on yourself. You will be expected to make a commitment to practising these tasks and using EFT between the sessions. I am here to guide you, not to fix you, and by taking responsibility for making changes you will get much more from the sessions.
